This is another installment of my series of TP runs to Sofia. In June and July of 2023, I did a number of trips out to Sofia, just to collect TPs. There was another opportunity in Dec 2023 to collect more cheap TPs, so here I am!

Arrived a few mins early which I needed. Rushed to the Air Train to get to T4 and the Global Entry Enrolment Centre and T8 was packed.

I was booked on the 06:00 shuttle to the airport but I woke at 03:30 so move this forward to 04:30. This should allow me to get into the Centurion Lounge when it opened at 05:00.

Fairly dull end to my stay at the Admiral’s Club close to gate D30 in Miami. I decided to head down to the gate early after saying good night to Vick, so I could check out the neck cushions.

I had to turn around quickly and get back through Security and there was a huge queue. However I was patient and it probably only took 20 mins in the end.

Skype call using my headphones didn’t work properly - first second worked fine but then it cut out - I think this is a known issue with the microphone on the headset not working properly with Skype.

Tier Point Run to Grand Cayman in Dec 2013: Day 2 – Las Vegas (LAS) to Miami (MIA)

I’ve pre-booked 4 day WiFi vouchers with GoGo which are available from midnight on 14 Dec, so if I don’t immediately fall asleep on the next flight I can always connect to the internet and do some surfing. I’m expecting to use two on this trip and two on our holiday starting next week.

Well after I left my Global Entry interview at T4 I worked my way back to T8 and used the Fast Track to get through security. Found the Admiral’s Club and the Flagship Lounge. Thinking about popping out to get a Starbucks.
