Sofia is one of the easiest places to do a B2B at. Arriving passengers are decanted into the departures area, so departing and arriving passengers mix.

Having checked in online, I headed up to Fast Track Security where there was a minimal queue. The 3D scanners had not arrived at T3 as yet, so it was the normal "everything out" approach and the slow move of trays through the scanner.

In doing final prep for this trip, I noticed that BA had changed not only the times of both flights I was due to be on today, but also the Heathrow terminal I was due to depart from.
