This is another one of those mad dashes across the Atlantic, starting in Budapest, to Heathrow, then onto New York and Los Angeles, before a final hop over to Honolulu.

The transfer arrangements seemed a little odd at BUD. I went direct to the scanners that you can see on the right hand side. I had to stir the team of three into action.

Once through passport control, I took the lift up 1 level to the Arrivals Lounge which is the best place to get a shower. I definitely needed to freshen up.

I woke up early, feeling quite queasy after eating so much late afternoon and into the evening; perhaps combined with the 3 glasses of champers I was forced to consume.
