Tier Point Run to Sofia in Jul 2023: Day 1 – Home to Heathow

Another relaxing morning in the Billingham household. We always start off with a coffee in our Cafe – a small area in our open plan ground floor, where we have some snuggle seats with a nice view of our garden.

In the winter, we tend to have the cats on our laps, but in the spring and summer, we generally don’t get a look in.

They take the opportunity of spending time outdoors, hunting for take-aways to top up their calorie intake. That might explain why they do not eat all of their food in the warmer weather.

After a brief visit to Sainsbury’s, M&S and Starbucks, I was on my way at around 9am. Another easy drive into the Business Parking for Heathrow T2/T3.

I didn’t need to wait too long for the bus into the terminal.
