This trip is another one based on the trending good value trips, starting in Dublin and ending in Spain. I don’t quite understand whether these cheaper trips are an anomaly, or someone actually decided this sort of trip was a good idea. Anyway, I’m not complaining!
Dublin is a regular starting point for me, and it has always been a classic B2B airport. But this is the first time that I have attempted this B2B since BA moved from T1 to T2, so it’s a bit of an unknown. I’ve read some posts online about the level of risk in doing a B2B at Dublin since the move to T2, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that everything works out ok.
From Dublin, its a classic Heathrow, New York JFK, Los Angeles LAX trip. The final AA flight to Tucson is on the following day, and I’ve got a clear two days in Tucson.
What’s going on in Tucson? Not a lot from what I can gather, but it’s got access to a number of interesting Arizona sights, including a number of mountains that Yuri Hauswald has featured on his iFit workouts
This trip is another opportunity for me to go back to Helsinki, but only briefly. The last time I was there, I ended up running through the terminal from T1 to T2 and was the last passenger to climb on board my flight back to Heathrow.
I am looking forward to it…as always!
