We are on our travels again! This time we are heading to somewhere new in the US: Tennessee! On the way we will be stopping off in Georgia and Mississippi, which will also be new US states for us.

I had a Warner Bros Studio Tour planned for 11am, but I decided I may as well head up there early. My heel was hurting, so the earlier I could finish off any heavy walking, the better.

I woke at around 2am, so I got a decent amount of sleep, but I knew there was no chance I was going to get back to sleep. I had an exciting plan for this morning: to hike up to the Hollywood sign, aiming to start my hike not long after sunrise (a little before 6am).

Having left the aircraft first, I was on my way up the airbridge, when I heard "Mr Billingham" from an AA rep that was now behind me. I had to double back and take a boarding pass from her.

I was awoken abruptly by the alarm this morning - I was clearly in a deep sleep. I caught the 5am Hoppa Hotels bus and bypassed the e-ticketing system, which failed miserably over the last couple of days.
