Every year there tends to be a route that offers good value for money when chasing BA Executive Club Tier Points (TPs). For a while now, Sofia (SOF) has been a great place to earn (relatively) low cost TPs.

It took me about 5 mins to walk from Gate 31 to the Chelsea Lounge in Terminal 8. The lounge dragons welcomed me in. It seemed a lot quieter than it was on my outbound, last Fri.

As it happens, the Starbucks queue at TBIT wasn't long at all. Since they opened the second store further up the concourse, perhaps it has distributed the volume of passengers wanting a Starbucks.
