The benefit of arriving into one of the central gates at T3 is obvious - it's much closer to Arrivals and Flight Connections.

The cabin crew lead had proactively checked who was getting back on board before I mentioned it to him. He wanted to find out how easy it was and noted there are not many 80 TP-places like Sofia now.

T3 was not as busy as normal, possibly due to it being a Tue. But T3 Fasttrack Security was now back in its normal place, having had the new 3D scanners installed.

Another calm start to the day. I've already finished for Christmas, which is great. The Vickster has been under the weather for a week and will be working through to Christmas Eve! Shame... :)

After a quick walk using the travelators back to Passport Control and only waiting a few mins for a shuttle bus to take me to Business Parking, I had to find my car!

It was just 30 seconds after getting off the aircraft before I ended up being first in the queue for getting back on. Another 30 seconds later and gate staff arrived and they started filling the boarding pen up as we watched the remaining passengers continued walking up the jet bridge.
