The friendly bus driver dropped me at Heathrow T3 and I headed into Fast Track Security. The access point had been moved - I guess as a temporary measure whilst they make changes. It certainly wasn't fast today either!

Another chilled out start to the day, although I was up earlier than I would have hoped. Too many thoughts about performance issues that are a big challenge at work and which need to be sorted by midday on Tue, with no clear way of resolving them at this point.

This seems to be a common theme now: I book the BA flights which are timed early in the morning and as a result of their seasonal adjustments, BA changes the flights to the afternoon. If they know that's likely to happen, why not just set those times to start with?

It was the normal jog down the corridor from Gate 23 down to arrivals. It always seems a bit odd avoiding passport control when arriving from Ireland, especially considering they still check passports in the process of leaving Ireland.
