After my 2-3 mile walk last night, I hit the sack at about 10pm. I slept through to about 2am, which isn't bad for me, especially when I had already enjoyed over 2 hours kip earlier in the evening.

Within 30 mins of walking off the AA aircraft, I was checking in at the Hilton Garden Inn, Waikiki Beach. That's pretty good I think.

I managed to turn off the light last night at half past midnight. Three hours later and I was awake and raring to go. The alarm was set for 4am, but there was no point in hanging around.

When I finally got out of the baggage hall, I headed up the escalator to departures and popped into the First Checkin area to see whether I needed to exchange my BA boarding pass for an AA boarding pass in order to get me into TSA Pre-Check.

The D concourse at Schipol airport was chocker when we arrived at the end of the airbridge, with quite a few passengers waiting for the flight back to Heathrow.

The shuttle bus arrived into stop 28 at Heathrow T5. The shuttle driver was a friendly woman who liked having her rock music on reasonably loud! Made a change to the usual shuttle drivers I've experienced.
