It eventually took two hours from leaving home to walking into the BA Lounge at Heathrow T3. The drive itself took the normal hour. Waiting for the Hoppa bus and the journey to Heathrow T5 took another 25 mins, then waiting for a tube to T3 and walking to T3 added another 25 mins or so.

This trip is based on one of the latest good value trips, originating somewhere in Europe and ending in Spain. For some reason, this open jaw arrangement reduced an already relatively cheap trip by a few hundred pounds.

Another entertaining TP Run is on the cards: this time to Los Angeles. LA is not a normal destination for me, since it is usually just a connection point on the way to another US city.
