It was all very uneventful at Amsterdam at Gate D18.  We boarded about 30 mins before departure and the load was light for the flight back to Heathrow.  I think that summarises the position for all of my flights on this trip.

On board and into my normal seat 01F.  The cabin crew asked whether it was worth visiting Amsterdam! Although I have been to Amsterdam, I had to explain that I hadn’t seen much of the place on this occasion!

The flight pushed back 10 mins early and taxiing was relatively short, compared to the last time, when taxiing took almost 30 mins.

I enjoyed the afternoon tea served on board.  Nothing else worth reporting: I dozed most of the flight again.  Wheels went down whilst we were still above the clouds – that shows how murky a day it was.

The flight arrived into Gate B46R and I managed to get off first.  It was a dash down to the train to Arrivals and as is the norm, my passport didn’t work going through automated border control. Another visit to the exceptions queue!
