Tier Point Run to Hawaii in Dec 2022: Day 7 – London (LHR) to Home

I was first off the aircraft and power-walked through Arrivals. The place was as good as empty. It’s a lovely terminal and the newest terminal at Heathrow, which was opened by the late Queen in 2014.

I continued my fast walk down to the Tube for the short transfer to T5. Then up the lift to Departures and then back down in a different lift to P2 to catch a pod to get back to POD Parking.

The drive back home was fairly uneventful. The Sat Nav took me down the M4. Getting home was great and an opportunity (if I needed one) to enjoy some of our early Christmas presents.
