After topping up on suntan lotion, we walked out over the London Bridge and onto the Island Trail which is a 3.6 mile walk around the island that is accessed via London Bridge.

We saw lots of new homes being built, including some fancy ones with two garage doors: one much taller than the other.  We could only conclude that the taller garage was to house a boat or something similar.

It wasn’t that inspiring, but we saw a lot of people on bikes who were doing laps and we said hello to loads of them.  It was a good excuse for some exercise.

We just about managed to walk back to the hotel before flaking out.
