My final laps on this mega TP run to Sofia. I’m actually looking forward to my BA chicken balti with beetroot rice and lamb shoulder on the way home.
Another easy start to the day with the Vickster, a coffee, and two kitties in our cafe. Mango and Chutney have started sharing the pouffe in the cafe.
It used to be solely owned by Chutney, but Mango has become braver and started taking advantage of this prime real estate.
After the challenges of this week, Vick needed a bit of time away from the kitties at Cats Protection. Time she looked after herself.
The drive into Heathrow was fairly typical. It was chilly but bright and dry. No hold ups, and I was pulling into the Hilton Garden Inn car park a little earlier than last week.
The walk to Hatton Cross tube station was bracing. It was very chilly with a nasty northerly breeze.
I timed it pretty well. Just needed to wait a few mins before a train heading to T5 arrived.
