Holiday to Canada in Aug 2024: Day 1 – Home to London Heathrow

Love it! Going on holiday again! This is what life is all about.

Well, apart from the fact that we couldn’t smuggle Mango and Chutney into our hand luggage, so that we could share our holiday experience with them.

We had our typical chilled start to the day in the cafe with a coffee. Added to that a number of daft selfies with Mango, who didn’t quite understand what was going on.

Chutney was straight out after his feed. Not sure where he gets his energy from, since he was out all night as has become his summer regime.

Most of our packing had already been completed, but we finished off, packed the car and hit the road by 10am.

No issues on the drive into T5 – nothing unusual to report. T5 Meet and Greet was as busy as we have ever seen it, but we grabbed the last available space and handed over our keys.
