Having deplaned at about 12:50pm, I was at the Hilton Waikiki Beach hotel with key in my hand heading for the lifts 30 mins later. That's pretty good going considering the Uber driver took the slow route.

As in previous trips, I didn't sleep very well at the LAX Hilton. It's UK day time and I have had some sleep on my previous flight.

It was pretty quiet in the CCR. Although I had debated about having breakfast in the CCR, my initial focus was on caffeine, so I hot-footed it down to Starbucks and joined a very long queue

The bed in room 438 at the iBis Styles Hotel at Budapest Airport was fairly hard, but it allowed me to sleep through to the alarm at 5:30am.
