Tier Point Run to Hawaii in Nov 2021: Day 2 – New York JFK

For once, the Hilton Digital Key worked like a dream.  I was prompted that it was available; it allowed me to use the lift up to my room and allowed me access to my room as well – it was dead easy to use. Really useful if only it worked consistently across all Hilton properties!

The room was big – it was a one bed suite (I think), although it was a bit rough and ready.  I got everything sorted for tomorrow’s flights including checking in.  I also managed to fill in my Hawaii Safe Travels questionnaire – hope it will allow me to be pre-screened and avoid any waiting when I arrive into Honolulu.  I got a copy of the bus timetable as well, thinking I might take the bus from the airport to Waikiki, I turned the light out around 8pm and set the alarm to 3am, hoping I might be able to get about a good few hours’ sleep.
